Federal Programs

Atkinson County School System receives multiple federal grants to ensure a quality education for all students. This funding allows ACSS to offer additional training, instruction, technology, and other critical services that are not provided for through state and local education funds. Federal Funds are used to supplement schools/system budgets. Federal funds are not used to supplant (take the place of) local, state, or other federal funding.
